Cheery thought for the day

You know what's awesome about preschoolers? They are impressed by the littlest things. We have hula hoops on the playground and I was spinning one around my arms and my legs. Greatest thing ever. Totally made my afternoon.

Every year there are 30 little people in the world who think I am an absolute superhero. It is so totally cool. Preschoolers rock my world! :)

I'm so used to disaffected high schoolers that this was just the cutest thing ever. I love how they're always excited to see me. Nothing makes my day like coming in and wading through 15 kids who want hugs.

They are so excited about everything. I come in, YAY!!!! We're having juice for snack, YAY!!! We're going outside, YAY!!!!

It is really refreshing. It's reminding me not to be too cynical about life.
