Before we went to my grandparents' yesterday, Steven and I actually had an hour long stopover at the Emeral Square mall because of a huge accident on I-95. Anyhow, I needed a new pair of jeans since my others are too big, so I figured we could kill two birds with one stone. I didn't find any jeans in my length (boo), but I did find two pairs of Levi's shorts. On my way to try them on, Steven spotted a dress that he liked. It was not something I ever would have looked twice at on my own, but I figured I'd try it on since, well, I was getting undressed anyway.

The dress fit like it was made for me, which is just short of a miracle, considering I have my mom's damned long torso. Dresses never fit me right. Usually the waistline is somewhere at the bottom of my ribs, making the back ripple funny. Anyhow, onto the dress:

Ahh, I like the dress.
All dresses for me are either way too tight and look nasty/skanky, or way too big and look all bag ladyish.
And kudos for going jeans shopping and not creating a massacre of innocent civilians in the process. That is pure hell for every female ever, I'm pretty sure. Yesterday I went with my friend to look for swimsuits, bras, and jeans all in one. Triple whammy.

How did you get through that!?

I have a 45 clothes shop tolerance. After that, I get whiny and pissy. I've also stopped looking for swimsuits and bras in department stores. I pretty much mail order every thing for my Boobs O' Doom.

Yeah I really can't shop for long periods of time whatsoever. Means I have to take more trips out instead of spending the whole day getting something done, but in the end less people die because of it, so that's fine by me.
