Called out sick from work today because I can't even swallow. If I have strep throat, I am going to be so pissed. I mean, I assume I'd know, but hell, even drinking water hurts right now. Best thing I ate yesterday was ice cream.

At least my doctor's office could squeeze me in at 11ish.

The wedding was a lot of fun. I posted a couple pictures on my Flickr and my 365. We saw Watchmen yesterday, which was a lot better than I expected. I know everyone's been saying how epic it was, but meh, I have no faith in a) the movie industry and b) I didn't think the comic book was the Greatest Thing Ever. I will say, it's better on reread now, almost a decade later.

Bleh. Must put shoes on so I can go have a stick jammed down my throat.

Ahhhh, Watchmen was OK but it didn't change my world or anything. Liked the girl and she's hot but she cannot act. Liked Ozzy's slight Cherman accent. Rorschach, B+. For all that blue whang we got to stare at the whole movie, we coulda had a little more of Laurie Sılk Spectre Jr. out of costume.

This concludes my review of Watchmen. Sorry about your throat. I know strep sucks.

Agree, she definitely could have walked around naked for the whole movie.

The soundtrack actually amused me to no end. I think Steven and I were the only people to crack up about about Leonard Cohen during the sex scene. It's the little things.

Leonard Cohen? Sex scene isn't supposed to be LEAST erotic part of movie! I like Leonard Cohen, but yeah. She coulda walked around naked ONCE, gee whiz! That nuke scene does not count! *pouts*

I did like All Along the Watchtower all of a sudden though. Did you flashback to BSG like me?

DG I am goıng crazy because surfthechannel.com let me see episodes no prob up until these fınal two, now it's screwed up and nothing works! AHHHHGGHRRRRHHH! I am afraid of spoilers, they could be anywhere. I should go hide in a closet until the damned thing works.

As a matter of fact, I did. I told Steven that the world indeed does revolve around BSG. I actually said the same thing with the Philip Glass pieces as well.

I love Leonard Cohen, so I am biased. And I love that song :)

Bah, I wish I could say you were missing the Best Episode Ever with the finale, but I am still very meh about it. Hopefully surfthechannel.com will let you see it soon!
