Dear Kara: ILU. Can we make lots of babies?

I am so dead. So dead. DEAD OF AWESOME.

But wtf, tbc? DISPLEASED VIEWER IS DISPLEASED. I do not want to wait another whole week for MOAR.

So mutiny. Saw it coming. Gaeta obvs dreamed this up whilst whacked out on morpha because, seriously? This was not a good idea. Zarek doesn't care about you; do we not remember the whole I WANT A VOTE/suicide by marines dance in Season 1? He's using you, my friend, and all it's going to do is send your gimpy arse out an airlock. No one'll be putting your picture up in the memorial hall either, not after sending quite possibly the last person who gives a shit about you to the brig.

I am so glad we're back to Starbuck kicking arse and taking names. I squeed so much when she showed up and blew said mutineers away. Boom, sir. Don't mess with someone who's died once already. Also, Lee and Kara? Team of awesome.

I liked the glowy lighting. Honestly, I am still of the opinion that Kara'll be the one to save everyone after all. That's way too much of a coincidence.

I hate to say it, I agree about not taking prisoners. Once a mutineer, always a mutineer, and worse if he's flip-flopping. Also: Baltar, why were you calling CIC? They're going to trace it, genius.

Also, the kiss? "I haven't felt this alive..." SO GREAT. Ron Moore, you had best not be leading me on with this.

I don't believe for a minute that Tigh is really dead, per the teaser. Athena is right, the Final Four are way to valuable of a chip to just toss away, much like Adama. Either that or we're really going to see how the resurrection works.

I'm betting if Ellen will be back, it will be in next week or the week after's ep. This definitely looks like a time to claw towards the light. I can't wait to see the reckoning. Mutineers arses are so grass.

I can't wait to see Six taking out a few people too.

People I will miss: Laird. He was pretty cool.

People who need airlocking: Racetrack, Narcho, pilots. Wtf were you thinking?

Was anyone waiting for a comment on Hot Dog's rash, regarding the frakking half the fleet comment?

I literally said out loud "I love Starbuck." It was kickass.

Okay, last episode Gaeta is bitching her out about wanting to airlock him. Now, am I remember wrong or wasn't Zarek in charge of all of that?

I am not sure if Tigh is "dead," but if he is I'm betting he's waking up with Ellen somewhere. (Ellen right, I gt confused with that and Helen).

I am so, so, so wishing they airlocked his arse back in Season 3. Yes, he has a lovely singing voice, but he is otherwise USELESS.

Starbuck/Apollo/Guns = OTP And my God, is she glorious when she's all bad ass.

Hmm, interesting point. I wonder if his death will trigger her rebirth.

BEST SHOW ON TV.

My thought is they have to bring her back in some form, or why bring it up that she's the fifth? All they would do is piss people off.

That way we get the shocking "OhmygodTighisdead" moment, and then the shocking 'ohmygodthey'rebothalive" moment. Come on, it's good tv.

Although I feel bad for Caprica in all of this. :(

All I know is they better not fuck with the Agatha's. (Sp?) Helo isn't going to be nice when he comes to.

And really, do you think that the cell is *really* going to hold a couple of pissed off Cylon's?

I agree about Caprica. She's sitting in the brig basically indefinitely for what amounts to doing a good deed. I'm still hoping to see her in s jailbreak next week. After all, she was the first purveyor of cylon on cylon violence...

Yea, Helo is definitely going to smack a bitch when/if he comes to. I hope he isn't going to be one of the deaths.

I don't know. I kind of assume if they're going to do the OMGWTFDEAD thing, it would help if I actually believed that the character was dead. It's like when they "killed" Starbuck in season 3. I had a hard time buying that as well.

Oh yeah, I knew Starbuck was never actually dead. Plus, I like to be spoiled. I'm one of those that reads the first few chapters of a book, reads the last, then reads between. (not always, but it's happened). can't find many spoilers on this season yet though..grrr..

I'm glad my husband got me into this show, and sometimes I'm not. Some days it's just emotionally draining. Why do I care so much? And why do I want to be a cylon?

I think! The spoilers for this season are non-existent and it is driving me insane. I need to know what happens, now. I've never had a problem finding spoilers before.

I feel the same way; I got sucked into the show right before the 3rd season started. I am perpetually breaking up with Battlestar.

Being a cylon has perks: never grow old, never be ill...

And, for the most part, be hot as hell. :)

It may have been third season that I came in too. Or half way through the second. Before that I'd watch bits and pieces.

No kidding. I would sell organs to look half as good as most of the cylon ladies.

I've peripherally watched it since the beginning since Steven was into it. It was originally my designated knitting time, but no, it lured me in with its pretty.

See, I wasn't with Kyle when it started, and for the life of me I can't remember what my ex and I were watching at the time. I'd catch it once in a while, especially towards the end of the relationship. I'd hide myself in the bedroom and ignore him :)

"Colonel it's been an honor serving with you!" What an ending!

Starbuck blows Marine away. BLAM! Man!

Starbuck lunge smooch on Apollo. May that happen to me! Wow!

Airlock Gaeta. That weaselly little shit. And I used to like him. He's going to FIRE on the ship? His suffering's twisted him that bad? Who was the guy singing, Gaeta just crushed that part of himself?

Baltar phone call. Strangely affecting. The world's most flawed messiah. He tried his absolute best -- you could see it -- to do the right thing and failed at it. He accomplishes good by being wrong and an egomaniac! I like his dealings with his groupies, they are hilarious.

Hotdog/Starbuck. Yeah. Deck his ass! Stupid punk.

God, the Starbuck lust just overpowers. You know DG, that whole escape, just Apollo & Starbuck, he takes point, she takes point, if that is not the total male adventure fantasy I don't know what is.

Which one's Laird? With 103 fever Monday, I think I worked out the whole mythos in my head. The whole thing. I may or may not write it out. I think I see the One Big Point Moore is after. You know what the hint is about it. When It spoke to Razor girl.

I thought Razor was brilliant. Understand not all agree. I think it stands on its own.

Zarek is self-serving morality perfectly realized. He believes his own ego is The Good. There really are people like that.

I was so bitter about the TBC. I knew it was coming, but still... How can it just leave off like that?

I'm still rooting for Starbuck/Apollo. They deserve each other in so many way (also, having a terminal case of Teh Pretteh helps a great deal).

I'd like to see Zarek and Racetrack out the same airlock that Gaeta is going. I am not pleased by this mutiny and this is the SECOND time Gaeta's pulled it. Go on with your one-legged self, sir, right into the vacuum of space.

I was waiting for the "Well, it wasn't a rash." response. That would have been epic. I kind of get the feeling that, despite the antagonism, Hot Dog is still okay with her. It justifies why Gaeta asked for Narcho instead of him.

I love watching Baltar shooing away the overzealous fangirls. I really don't think leader of a cult was really what he wanted. He's completely self-serving, but mostly not in the malicious way Zarek is.

Laird was the civvie deck chief from Pegasus who had his family blown away. I really liked him.

I am interested in your theory and would like to subscribe to your newsletter. Let me know if/when you post. (Also, hope you feel better.)

I liked Razor better the second time I've watched it. I'm fairly indifferent towards it and I didn't so much care for Kendra Shaw, but it does make sense.

I don't think Zarek even believes his bullshit. I really think 90% of what he does is just for the sake of sowing insurrection. He's the human equivalent of the golden apple.

I probably relate to Razor because of the boat I'm personally in now. In my mind, I return again and again to the opening. "You don't get any do-overs in this life ...." She followed a leader who may even orginally have been a good person, but her suffering so destroyed her it made her into a pure force for evil. Obv. that one's one of the top 2 or 3 themes of the series. My friend Faceboy had this American Indian shaman tell him, "people are cruel because they are in pain and scared and don't know what to do." Yup.

Yeah Baltar doesn't know what to do with the girls. He thought he wanted 3 girls a night and getting that is forcing him into a painful growing up. I ain't never had anything to that extent but his extremely unwilling, forced evolution, I can relate to.

I just wrote it all out. Public post. But honor demands I close with, "don't read this. spoiler of all spoilers." Maybe.

That, and I'm so glad I met you! :) Had no one to talk to about any of this up until now.

Haha. Was not that Starbuck/Lee all naked (yay!) scene on New Caprica The Hot or what? Again like one of my male fantasies come to life. The Camping Trip Of Anything Goes! :)

Gaeta was right!

While I didn't like him as much, I think Gaeta was right! After the Miniseries, letting the cylons put tech on every ship that no one but the cylons understand seems mind-blowingly stupid! Adama tried to go too fast.

Also, giving the cylons a seat on the quorum was not really thought through by either side. If the Cylons have a 1/13 vote. The other 12 can out-vote them if they need to. Also, since all twelve models are now known, there doesn't seem to be a danger of them inflitrating any ships any more. Everywhere they go, they will be recognized. But who is going to be the cylon delegate to the quorum? Will they have an election? What if the 13th tribe elects a centurian or raider as their delegate?
