I found a bunch of sparkly white hair last night. I think I'm going to cry! This isn't the localized white streak any more. These are interspersed with the rest of my hair! I have more than Steven and he's 10 year older than me. I'm so buying a bottle of dye this week-end and fixing my hair.

Boo.

shhh

I've had greys since I was thirteen. It's hereditary...nothing to be done about it. Adrian loves them!

I've had a white streak at my crown since about 18 (very Roguelike) which I dye all the time. Steven thinks it's cool.

On the bright side, I look like I have highlights when I dye.

I still don't have any white hair, but I seem to be the only one... enjoy it, I say!

I think I would if they were 10x shinier than the rest of my hair. We're talking pristine, snow white. I totally had to pluck one to show Steven.

I can't believe he has fewer white hairs than I do.

I noticed my first gray hair in my 20's. In my 30's I started dying it and have been doing it ever since. A couple months ago I decided to let it grow out. I had more than 2 inches of growth as marked by the color demarkation line. What I also had was MUCH more gray hair than I ever remember having. My mom had what I called a poletgiest thing going on on one side of her head. I have it too and it's really noticable. I'm sad about the hair color, but Loreal and I have an agreement in that she keeps my grays covered and I'll never admit to coloring my hair. :)

I love your agreement with L'Oreal.

I've had a white streak since I was about 18. It's gotten wider as I've gotten older. That's part of the reason for my nickname of Badger.

Ooh at least you have somewhat lighter hair to begin with. My aunt (via marriage) passed the gene on to her daughters where that at around thirty they instantly go from jet black to snow white. It doesn't even really just come in a few hairs at a time.. it's like watching roots grow in. It's really creepy.

My mom went to school with someone like that! At 17, he was totally grey.

Right now, I think if I use a slightly lighter dye, I can pretend I just got highlights. Still, I find it unfair that I have more white hair than Steven. I'm younger, dammit, I need to look like a cliche trophy wife.
