1 1/4 c cake flour, sifted
1 3/4 c sugar
1/2 t salt
1 1/2 cream of tartar
1 1/2 t vanilla
Yellow Batter
5 egg yolks
2 T cake flour
2 T sugar
1 T orange zest

2 sticks butter, softened
1lb powdered sugar
1/2 t vanilla extract
1/4 t salt
4-6 T orange or lemon juice to taste
