Who the christ needs a 35" inseam?

I was just surfing Alloy and noticed that they have jeans with a 35" inseam.

What kind of mutant needs a 35" inseam? Unless you go to a specialty shop, you can't find men's pants with that long of an inseam.

Hello, clothing manufacturers? You are not making clothes for Barbie. There is no need for a size 1 with a 35" inseam. Giraffes do not wear bell bottoms or "flares" as you so pleasantly call them. Instead, how about make a few more pairs of pants with 30" inseams to fit the, you know, average woman?
