Dear Tattoos:

I'm clever. See that title? It's a good pun.

Back to the matter at hand. Why the christ are you still itchy? You've been there for a good two months and you were barely itched when you were healing. Why have you decided now, at 20 past 3 in the morning, to start itching and driving me insane. There is no way you're still healing. You're barely even lumped up any more!

I'm sorry the weather's changing and I'm sure you're dry, but I have no lotion available right now. If you have to itch, can't you do it some other time, conceivably when I might not be considering sleeping.

Oh, and now you've gotten the rest of my skin to join in. Thanks.

Love,
Itchy

Ah, I covet your ink. I can't get any until after surgery, because my skin is going to change so much from the weight loss. No sense in getting something lovely and have it look all wobbly when the skin shrinks... Still, I keep trying to think of SOMEWHERE on my body that won't shrink much so I can go ahead and get something done! Maybe the back of my neck... *snort!*

My first was on the back of my neck-- still looks practically new. If you want to see them, there are some pictures in my gallery. I have the chinese symbol for Dragon, a violet, and two nautical stars.

There are a couple more in planning, but I'm waiting to be sure.

Actually, I was perusing pics last night. :-) Im' thinking about getting a little moon symbol or something on the back of my neck. A.) a simple design and B.) a place that won't shrink too much.

Supposedly the small of the back is a non-stretchy place as well. Hurts a bit more than the neck though.

Lalala, I should be doing something pertinent and useful.

I hate when stuff itches when I am trying to sleep. My husband thinks I'm crazy because I can't just sleep through it.
I hope you are feeling better today and got some sleep.

Sleep is a crutch for the weak! (read: Got none, subsisting on coffee alone.)

Itchy is awful and it is impossible to sleep through.
