That is uncalled for. My annoying neighbor just bought a new motorcycle. He likes to ride it around in front of our houses in circles during the middle of the night.
I've been pretty lucky in my apartment life, because I've never had neighbors above me. Although I have had neighbors under me who were thumping around in the middle of the night. What a great time to rearrange your living room!!!! :)
