I've been pretty lucky in my apartment life, because I've never had neighbors above me. Although I have had neighbors under me who were thumping around in the middle of the night. What a great time to rearrange your living room!!!! :)

Yes, it seems to be extra loud. He even has a little remote control car that is insanely loud.
