So far, so good. I'm using them in conjunction with my Ambien since my doctor didn't say I couldn't (even though I would probably grow a third eye on my ass to go along with the rat cancer I'm going to get from using Splenda.)
I'm using the Trader Joe's chewables and they also aren't making me hork like most supplements.
