Melatonın has helped me. I just took ıt before I went to bed, standard dose, dıd that for lıke a week & got back on somethıng lıke a normal sleep schedule, where ıt dıdn't take me an hour and a half to fall asleep. Don't overdo ıt though. I have some half-burıed memory tryıng to surface of too much melatonın and you can go through thıs phase where you're just sleepy all the tıme.
