I hate banks. while I was abroad, I was charged double for everything I used my Visa on ... which was a pain while I was away but then I had money again when I was home.
for some reason, when I use my debit as a Visa, the money comes back in a day or two. so if I am not watching my account balance (and I am usually NOT), I am suddenly negative.
