I hope 2009 is better as well. I've not had a good time of it.
I wish I had energy this week. We had three lush stores (located inside Macy's) have their "grand openings" this week. If you went to each one and got a little stamp you were suppose to get a gift bag at the last store with stuff in it (didn't say what).
BUT, one of the stores was in Downtown Minneapolis. The party was 5-7. There was no way in heck. Not only would it be hard to get to with the traffic, but I would have had to pay three dollars (at least) to park just to run in and get the stamp.
The other two were in suburbs. One was just five minutes from me. The other is about ten minutes, but is thirty minutes with 5 o'clock traffic.
I was just too pooped this week.
The hubby has acne issues, and is always worried about it but nothing helps. It's literally all over his face or I'd have him try the spot treatment. Me? I just get them when I'm on my period, if I get any at all. I tend not to.
I haven't had any money to buy anything else, but my parents are visiting this coming weekend. I figure I'll let my mom use some of my bubble bar and maybe she'll like it and want to go there. Tehee.
