I think I need to learn, first and foremost, that I cannot drink coffee in the morning. The heartburn stuck with me all day, through lunch, and through my cinnamon crumpets (complete with delicious devon cream!)
I ended up buying some Pepto and chugging some of that.
It's all this damn stress, you know? I usually have a cast iron stomach.
