Doesn't make a lot of sense, does it?

I miss NYC sometimes. The last time i went to the Empire state Building was in 2003 before a Dave Matthews Band concert. It was too cloudy and gross to go to the top so the elevator guy in the lobby let us sneak up to the 77th floor which they were renovating. We got back on the elevator quickly because we would get robbed and/or raped. That floor was creepy.
