Hmmm, I've not heard too many good things about the Instead cups.... but I've never tried them... I'm a Kotex SUPER PLUS kinda girl haha... only strangely enough... after having Peyton I'm WAY tighter and I had to down grade to just Plus. Hope the Instead works well for you.
