i definitley understand feeling that lost. it's like you can't even get up and brush your teeth..or something like that. My grandmother passed away the day i graduated high school and while it was 20 years ago, i still feel sadness from that. people will say the sadness fades. but i still have that in me.

the best thing was having good people in my life to help me through. you've got that, for sure. from your husband and sister and all the lovely friends i met at your wedding that love you very much..not to mention me. :)

there's not much one can do at this time. mourn, cry, talk and rem, ember her beauty in life. take care of your grandfather. and take care of yourself. honor her by living your life to the fullest..that;s the things i would do.

you know how to find me. if i can bring Cass by some day to help lift your spirits or hug you, we will do so. we could meet for lunch and you can talk or cry, or do nothing. it's ok to feel lost. you will find your way again but until you do, we'll be here to help guide you.

Love from me.
