I want a cig. It's been how many years since I quit and I still want one when I'm stressed. I actually want a pack of cloves. Of course, this is the last thing I need with bronchitis.

I quit smoking some 22 years ago and every now and then I get a hankering for a smoke. Of course I don't follow through on it because mostly I know I would hate it anyway. I hate being around smokers and everytime I'm near one coming back from a cig break I am reminded exactly why I gave it up and boy am I glad.

It's funny, because I can't stand the smell of cigarette smoke, either, now. I think maybe it's the ritual and something to do with my hands.

I should pull my knitting out instead.
