Why is 6am so early?

I'm going to be dead this afternoon. I was up way later than I wanted to be because the power decided to blip out around 12:45, waking me up. Then, I had to pee and the quiet was oppressive. Just as I was finally dozing, it came back on causing the radio to blare and waking me up yet again. Steven's alarm clock woke me up when he got up at 5 and, of course, I had just drifted back off when mine went off. Good start to the day, right?

What matters, though, is that I look very, very cute in my cherry print dress and little knit cardigan and I'm in a good mood, after scarfing down my breakfast and a Pepsi for the caffeine.
