I guess I could kind of see her as the dying leader, but this seems like such a cop-out with the whole destiny thing... like they got tired of writing and just ended it.
That said, do you think the heavy raider she saw was really there? If so, it could've picked her up if she ejected. At least, I thought her hand was on the ejection button before the viper exploded.
Kara/Anders bothers me way less than Lee/Dee. Anders kind of irks me sometimes, but at least he really loves her. He didn't just marry her as a consolation prize because the Old Man's shacked up with the president. I've actually always disliked Dee as a character and I kind of think she deserved the whole affair bit, since she was pretty much doing the same to Billy, not to mention she had to know about what was going on between Kara and Lee and she still dove in head first.
I really hope they work their way out of this one and don't spiral down into crappiness like the X-Files.
And when are they going to do something with Caprica?
