Having something to do with the merger between EBay and PayPal, there is new service called GreenZap and if you preregister, it is offering you $25, as long as you have a promo code. It does not ask for any sensitive infomation and, where as you may get nothing, it takes about as long to fill out as it does to enter a contest.:
