I am still managing to squish mine in to a DD. I just want to find a nude colored one and I will be set for right now. I think you are on to something about middle school since I still have nightmares about stuff from then and wake up in a cold sweat thanking god that I am 29. There is just something weird about gym nudity that is different from other types. I have seen people swimming naked and it didn't seem strange at all to the ladies prancing around in the locker room.
