I'm sad to say he is. He's been very lax since he was the governor here, spending most of his time out of state. When one of the new tunnels collapsed, no one heard from him until 8 or so hours later. The things he's allowed to pass on the MCAS has dragged the state down something wicked. It's really embarassing.
