Lion King tickets!!
Nov. 21st, 2003 11:46 pmI hate James Joyce and all his perverted tendancies toward getting "frigged", his stupid books, and his idiot, schizophrenic daughter. Is it not obvious that I spent four and a half hours writing a paper on Joyce? I actually, technically, still have to find the third section of my english book and read his wretched story "The Dead", as well as something by D.H. Lawrence, who isn't all that bad, though I still don't feel like reading anything by him, either.
I still have to do my psych paper, as well. That's a couple hours Wednesday and four hours next Saturday. Of course, since I absolutely pulled this paper out of my ass, I'm sure I can pull off a paper on Munchausen's by Proxy a little easier, since I actually know stuff about it and have read a few books on it. I also have to somehow squeeze in some studying and doing homework while working my 14 hours this week-end, since I have a huge test on Monday in AbPsych.

That aside, I got tickets to see The Lion King! What's better is that I only paid $20 a piece for them and when I checked back, later in the afternoon, they had gone up to $25. Not that $5 is a lot, but when you couple that with all the fees they charge, it would have been more than $75, which is still cheap as hell for theatre, but more than I can afford. So, yep... Lion King, Lion King, Lion King. Happy birthday to me, since we're going to see it the 20th. of July.
Mm... I'm reading about it now, on the website and it looks soooo cool. Not that I want to rush the summer away, but I want to see it so badly. Also, this has movies of some of the scenes.
Ok, I need to get some sleep before I keel over and die.
Dammit.. I also want more chinese food. I'm starving.
