Physical Exercise? Bah!
Feb. 27th, 2002 12:02 pmWell, I did it. I joined a gym.
Please remove your collective jaw from the floor.
I realise that this is ironic because I've always been fairly anti-exercise, but I realised the other day that I'm not going to be young forever and I probably should consider taking care of this body, seeing the current unlikelyhood of brain to android body transplants. That and the second gym I looked at had not only a pool, but a hot tub and a sauna. I love swimming and it's one of the few activities I can participate in without every joint in my body aching or dislocating or something.
But yea, anyhow, I'm psyched. It somehow makes up for me forgetting to set my alarm this morning and sleeping through my classes.
So, this week I'm featured on Diaryland News and they described my site as "The beautifully written life of a 20-something college student." That totally makes my day. Yay!
I couldn't get in touch with Sloan yesterday, so his side of my project is kind of going no where. I'm a little stressed about it, because I've kind of demotivated lately and that definitely didn't help me. I'm reading to Elliott tonight, who I know will be there.. Where else could a one year old go?
I need to go and ...shower... or something.
Wow, Christopher Lowell is going to be at the Boston Home Show this Saturday. That's terrifying.
