devilgrrlI got approved, I got approved, I got approved!!! I am getting my Mirena! I have to call as soon as I get my period so they can set up an appointment, but I am definitely, definitely getting a little piece of plastic jammed into my dark, unholy pit of evil. It's going to cost me .003 cents a day for the next 5 years to have birth control. I am super excited! I've been calling everyone and squeeing.
Though, I am a little afraid of it hurting. Steven can go in with me, though, so that will make me feel a little better. Anyone want to say a little prayer for it to go easily for me? I'll love you lots.
I have much baking and cleaning to do this afternoon in advance of Thanksgiving and I really should start in on that. I mostly need to bake the pie crust for the Squash Chiffon pie. Mom's taking me, I think, to get my turkey. I could also do the onions tonight probably. Oh.. I need to pick up a can of turkey broth, too. Shoot. I should check over my list.
I want to work on Laura's scarf, too. I'll do that probably while the crust is baking.
I'm exciting.
