Doesn't make a lot of sense, does it?

I didn't mean any offence-- my mom's a B cup. I'm an F or a FF now, depending on the bra, so honestly, a B cup seems completely flat to me. Compared to what I am now, honestly, D seems pretty small, too. The reason I say I still want boobs and want to remain around a D is because most of the people I know who've had reductions have pretty much said that the doctors try to go as small as possible. Anything smaller than a very full C would not look good on my frame.
