devilgrrlWell, the vacation is almost over. We've ended up being out for most of the vacation. Today, we went out with Laura Y. in the morning and Chad for dinner in the evening. Ooh, and Uno's New Orleans Iced Tea is pretty damned good, especially in conjunction with the two percosets I took.
I went back to the doctor today. The plica is still smushed between my shinbone and my patella and, therefore, still hurting. I have, essentially, 3 options left: 1) I can wait, do physical therapy, and see if that helps (no guarantee to fix it), 2) I can get in injection of cortisone (no guartantee to fix it and it will not last forever, bringing me right back to wear I am now), or 3) have it surgically removed (guaranteed fix). Option 2 is not, in any way, an option, so that leaves 1 & 3.
I am going with option 1 for now. I'll being doing physical therapy a couple times a week for the next month. I go back the 27th. at 3:15 and if there's no improvement, guess who's having surgery over spring break? That's right, me!
My life sucks.
On the other hand, Mummy is going to take me out for ice cream next week because of my good grades. I'm asking to go to Coldstone Creamery, because, expensive as that shit is, it's damned good.
I'm so tired and there's a goddamn Chapelle Show marathon in instead of South Park and Drawn Together. Fuck you, Comedy Central.
Right, almost forgot. Steven and I picked up our celebratory liquor for tomorrow. One is Jacob's Creek Chardonnay/Pinot Noir and the other is named after a large parakeet. That's what we picked it ^_^
