The Dumb spreads

I went to the doctor's office yesterday. I was supposed to have remembered something, which I didn't. I apologized, telling the nurse that I had the dumb. There was much snickering and people talking about that phrase.

I called today to find out about a perscript and I'm chatting with the same nurse as yesterday. We were chitchatting and all of a sudden, she asks me how my dumb is today. It was great.

How great was that, seriously? I absolutely love the nurse there. She's around my age and super friendly.
