i thought it was pretty good....and i thought france was pretty dirty every chance they had. With whats his face, the ass there head butting....he deserved to go out like that. It was completely irresponsible, immature, and totally obnoxious. I cannot belive he even did what he did still, and i think they tried getting everything they could from the refs....some calls were a little off but i thought it went the way it was supposed too in the end.
I know the act was wrong, but there are two things to consider:
1) The Italia player should have shown more class than to talk trash about Zidane's mother (no lie, that's was the reported beef).
2) The Refs waited until the saw the Replay on the big screen at the stadium before they made their ruling on the act and gave him a red card. Which is ILLEGAL BY FIFA'S OWN RULEBOOK. Which means they did, in fact, by definition: cheat.
it was reported right after the call that the lineman on the side did in fact see it before they went to the replay screen....they cant make rulings off the replays like any other sport
