OMG awesomest update EVAH
Not really, but I don't think anyone reads those things anyhow. I am so achy today. We're not even supposed to have more stupid rain tomorrow, so I don't even know why. School was good today and my classes were a lot more motivated today, which was cool. I think I learned my lesson. I had tea this morning and I felt way better today than I did yesterday. All I did today was eat, probably because all I ate yesterday was gummy bears. At least I didn't barf those up.
I bought the most amazing smelling lotion at Bath & Body this week-end. Oh my god, their Festive Pomegranate smells so festive. I want to make lotiony babies with it. I've been putting it on before I go to bed, so my sheets smell all crisp and festive. This is good, since I totally lost track of time. I was talking to Cheryl after school when she mentioned next week is a short week and I did a HolyShit!Thanksgiving. I haven't even ordered our turkey. I should do that tonight or tomorrow. And, er, plan my menu. Ha. I'll be cooking all Wednesday next week, since I have it off and Steven's got a half day.
I was a bad girl on the way home. I could have gone straight home, but I was seduced by the lure of the liquor store. It was a fact finding mission, really. I want to find a good bottle of 2002 vintage for the wedding (suggestions welcome). Then I saw a bottle of eiswein for a good price, so I had to buy that. After that, I decided to get a bottle of carmenere to bribe Steven with. Then I bought a Payday, which was totally my lunch... a glorious last hurrah for my bachelorette days.
I've pretty much been home since. Last night was ...interesting... Someone was pounding on my door at 1:30, so I got very little sleep.
Oh, and paid members get an extra week for the black out. Mine now expires on my wedding day. I win.

Anyways, I totally read. Because your MIL is as insane as mine. So you will never be like, "oh, i'm sure she's not really that insane."
(btw, she now insists that i am trying to not invite her parents to the wedding. Um, yeah, i've met them twice and they've not been overly crazy. I invited her nephew that told my fiance IN FRONT OF ME not to marry me. Why would i not invite them?)

MIL told Steven that he should date his cousins instead of me because a) they were "nice Jewish girls" and b) since he was adopted, they weren't really related.

I do love the brown sugar and fig though.

You make me want to sniff that lotion again. I smelled too many things last time I went there so I couldn't even smell that one.

2) Pomegranate = fucking awesome. Clearly, I need to do some shopping at B&B.
3) Wine: Frog's Leap is amazing. Their Rutherford is to die for, as is their Chardonnay. I second what the gal said above about Stag's Leap, too. Chalk Hill is also consistently amazing.
2) What is carmenere?

The pom lotion is to DIE for.
