Indeed, it is. Dragon. I once had a really nice asian gentleman strike up a conversation with me when he read the back of my neck in Borders. I was just happy to know that it said what it was intended to and not "Stupid white girl" or something.

Like those people who wear shirts with Japanese on them that end up saying like, "baka" or "my brain is made of kuso" on them? XD;;; When I bought my Kuroneko-sama shirt, I made sure to open up my kanji dictionary and make sure that's what it said. But I recognized the kanji for neko. =3

Oh, no kidding. It's like the inverse of Engrish signs.

I also recognized that kanji for dragon when I picked it out, only because it kind of looks like a dragon (at least to me).
