Table and futon

If anyone wants it, Steven and I are selling our futon and breakfast nook table.

The futon is in good shape and was about $400 brand new. It's the frame and extra thick mattress. I'm hoping to get like $75 - $100 for it.

The table is pine and painted white wood, like Cape Cod style. It only has three chairs, but it's really sturdy. We're hoping to get $100 - $150 for it. (It may be spoken for. Let me know, if interested, though.)

We're kind of crowded, so if anyone wants them or knows anyone who wants them, I'd like to get them out ASAP.
