1. I had very little hope for the future
2. I was about to become an aunt.
3. I had bought my first new car.

1. I hadn't moved.

3. I thought I would be transferring to UMass Boston

So far this year...
1. I have moved to a new apartment.
2. I have transferred to a real school.
3. I have been to two weddings.

1. had nasty food poisoning
2. bought sheep boots with Mommy.
